8-week Race Ready Endurance Mindset program to get the most out of your potential!
In order access your full potential on race day, you have to strengthen and align your mental, emotional, and physical fitness.


This program can be applied to any triathlon training plan and starts 8 weeks out from a race.

The plan includes:
Weekly focus and action steps
Step by step mindset tools and implementation guide
Race Visualization Guide
1 30minute mindset coaching session with me you can schedule at any point during the 8 weeks.


An Endurance Mindset allows you to stay focused, steady, and mentally and emotionally strong during the highs and lows of training and racing. Long races mean you will have lows and highs, they are inevitable. What you do with them makes all the difference in your results on race day. Reaching your potential on race day requires staying in a focused mindset. You can never fully access your physical fitness if your mind is stuck in thoughts that distract from your ultimate race day goal.


This program is designed to be used as a compliment to any training program. Each week builds on the other. The first few weeks walk you through the steps to a creating an endurance mindset then we shift to practice and implementation so that by the last week you have trained your mind to support your goals.


Time Commitment:
On average 3-5 mins a day but this can be adjust per your schedule. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
