This plan is all encompassing. We offer tips and cues on how to manage self each week, whether it is nutrition, mindset, mobility, strength or recovery. Swim sessions are technical / form based. Cycling can in indoor or outside with structured sessions to develop your base and also sustainable power. Runs are largely form and cadence based. From this 8-week plan you will be able to pivot into more specific work or continue to build on what you learned here. This is a great starting point for you if you are beginner to intermediate multisport athlete.
