Plan Description
This is an 8-week multi-sport plan for triathletes seeking to build & maintain fitness in all three sports. When you pop out of this 8-week plan you will be ready to either pivot to a more specific race build (6-10 weeks) or continue to focus on strength & endurance. the volume and frequency of each week is specifically planned to give you just enough of a stimulus to maintain and build upon what fitness you already have. It's important to follow the plan in the sequence layout to gain the greatest benefit of the plan. This is not a base plan. You will have some form based sessions along with some intently to stay fresh and fuelled anaerobically. No one session will leave you depleted or unrecoverable which also underscores the beauty of consistency.
