Plan Description

This 8 week plan is a sure-fire way of improving your Aerobic Capacity, which in turn will give you better strength, Mitochondrial Density, a better FTP number, good running pace and focused on the swim
Most athletes on this apply may expect a 5-10% increase in FTP numbers on week 8 as well as similar improvements in the pool and on the run.
