This plan is specifically designed for the Moab 240! The author has finished Moab 240, along with 5 other 200+ mile finishes. He has also crewed, paced and volunteered at the race (has been out for the race each year since it's induction). He has a deep understanding of this course and what it takes to complete it successfully.
This plan has Moab specific tips and course section intel each week! This includes some course descriptions, travel, lodging, crew, logistics, etc.
The plan assumes you have a good base fitness and can comfortably run 40 miles or 6 hours a week before starting.
The plan is based on time.
