Technische Voraussetzung:
Ein Wattmesser/PowerMeter (wie z.B. stryd -> www.stryd.com) wird empfohlen. Dies ist die präziseste Art, die Trainingsleistung im Trailrunning zu dokumentieren.
Alternativ wird in jeder Trainingseinheit auch die Belastungsvorgabe wie folgt angegeben:
- Borg (= subjektives Belastungsempfinden; eine Skala kann als PDF unter -> http://www.marmotatrailrunning.ch/downloads/BORG-Skala.pdf gedownloadet werden)
- Herzfrequenz (in Prozent der maximalen Herzfrequenz)
Sportliche Voraussetzungen:
- für Läufer/innen mit Wattmesser: die eigene FTP (Functional Threshold Power) ist bekannt oder wird vor dem Starten des Plans ermittelt. Dazu findet sich an Tag 1 des Plans die Einheit "FTP-Test" mit allen nötigen Details im Beschrieb.
- aerobe Grundlagenausdauer ist aufgebaut
