The training program outlined is tailored for experienced and high-level runners who meet the following criteria
- Should Have been running competitively with running experience over 3 years
- Runners should have been running races from 5km, 10km and 10Mi races
- should be able to run 5-6 days a week.
- Should be able to incorporate speed work into your training.
- should understand the recovery days easy runs and cross training.
- should be looking forward to running your personal Best.
- The training is customized based on the goal time from the current time.
