Plan Description
Put it simply, I do NOT coach anyone that does not do strength. It is a key part of my programming!
This plan would best suit someone who has at least some gym experience, although there are full instructional videos and descriptions on each session, plus extra notes from Coach Nick too! So no matter your experience, you are covered!
This plan does require a well equipped gym and most commercial gyms will be more than enough for this plan. Free weights, cable machines, GHD/Back raise bench, medicine ball
