Welcome to the Aspire2 Twice Weekly Strength Training Program for Runners.
For roughly the price of a coffee (~$5) each week, this month-to-month program provides a year of balanced run-specific Strength Training. Shift YOUR running up a gear with improved strength!

Whether you're a beginner or experienced Athlete; you run road or trail; and target distances from 5K, 10K, (half marathon) 21K, (marathon) 42K, 50K ultramarathons, 100K ultramarathons, 100 miles, 200 miles or 500K+ multi-day ultras or stage races, this program is for you!

How the Program works: you'll perform Program A and Program B one time each per week (3-4 days apart), every week of the month. Twice weekly strength training perfectly balances your goal of achieving consistent strength gains, whilst leaving ample time in your week for the most important activity: RUNNING!
I'll show you how to start 'exactly where you are' and ways to make tangible fitness progress, week-on-week.
Then, before your fitness plateaus (or you get bored), we'll switch to 2 new strength programs for the subsequent month. Consistently training twice-weekly in this way, month-to-month, will set you up for your best running year yet!

Strength Programs from each Video can be performed at home or your gym, using either body weight or dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and/or weighted balls. If you don't have access to gym equipment, substitutes can be found around the home/garage.
