Plan Description

Welcome to our 10-week learn-to-run program, designed for individuals of all ages who want to develop a love for running, make it a regular part of their fitness routine, and experience personal growth through movement.

Our program is structured around run-walk intervals, starting with 1 minute of easy running and gradually progressing to longer running intervals over the course of 10 weeks. Each week, there will be 3 run-walk sessions to complete. In addition to the run-walk intervals, there will be weekly strength and stretching exercises to help prevent injury and build strength in the key muscles used during running. To support overall wellbeing and personal growth, each week will also include a mindfulness practice.

Our program is designed to be completed independently and at your own pace. Upon purchase, you will receive all necessary materials, including a training schedule, strength exercises, stretching routines, and mindfulness practices. While there is no direct support included in the program, you may choose to hire a 1:1 coach through Motivated In Motion for additional support and personalized guidance.
