TARGET SPEEDS
This training plan is based on Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) which means your targets are based on the following scale:
STRUCTURED TRAININGS
Not all trainings are the same, many trainings have different intensities (RPE), you will be required to go at different speeds (intensities) throughout some trainings. TrainingPeaks makes it easy to understand the structure of your training and how to follow. If you have a compatible watch (Garmin, SUUNTO, COROS), you can even get the target intensities on the work-out screen while running!
