Plan Description
This is month 6 of the Run Strong program. We advise you to complete month 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 prior to
starting. This month has 3 weekly sessions. A change in focus that occurred in month 5 continues in month 6,
strength & power. You will have built the foundations to make months 5 & 6 your best. Ensure you are
confident in what you are doing and the desired outcomes of the movement before executing. As always, a
flexibility session is included which we recommend you do as much as you can. All exercises are clickable
just in case you are not familiar with the exercise.

As always, pay close attention to the demonstration and instructions. If at any time a movement causes pain
or discomfort (particularly around joints or recently injured areas) stop and get in contact to help solve the
issue.
This program uses body weight, boxes, bands, kettlebells and dumbbells. A large focus should be made on
form of the movement. The program is designed to be ’short and sharp’ so you still have time to do your
run training around the additional work. There is no ‘taper week’ on this month, which should be taken into
consideration when planning it in your training around events.
