Plan Description

This plan is for Intermediate runners who are can run a 21km but want to understand and know how to train with structured workouts which can sync to your smart watch (Garmin) and like the idea of following a plan with a view to either buying training plans in the future or being coached.

The plan is to show you how to use an online plan, how to sync structured workouts based on PACE, how to train by following workouts and how easy it can be to be coached online. The plan is written in easy to understand language and time based. The workouts once synced will be easy to follow.

All you require to do when purchasing the plan is you create a FREE Trainingpeaks Athletes account and then decide on the day you wish to start the plan.

Once you have created your Athlete's account, you can download the Trainingpeaks App (IOS or Google) and log in with your newly created account details and you will have the daily workout information on your phone for ease of reference. Then link your training watch with Trainingpeaks to get the structured workout direct to your watch, with easy to follow instructions.

An easy way to be introduced to structured training for a fraction of the cost of a full training plan.

Once you understand the basics of training, you will be better acquainted and ready to know how to use when you look to purchase a full training plan for your goal race.
