This is a progressive running program to take you from no running to consistent 30-40min runs over the course of 9 weeks. This program can be used as a safe gradual return to running after injury or prolonged layoff. If this is part of a return to running post injury ensure you have liaised with your health care professional to ensure you are safe to start running.

The program start with a run-walk rebuild, progressively increasing the number of minutes of running and reducing the amount of walking in each session. Once 30minutes of easy running has been achieved you start introducing some drills and skills, as well as change of pace.
