Plan Description
👉 Si es tu primera vez siguiendo un plan de entrenamiento para una carrera, es importante que avances con calma. No buscamos resultados inmediatos, sino un progreso gradual que acondicione tu cuerpo para completar una maratón en 10 semanas.
👉 Este plan está dirigido a quienes han practicado deporte en algún momento y desean completar una maratón.
👉 Empezarás con sesiones aeróbicas fáciles para que tu cuerpo se adapte progresivamente. A medida que avances, incorporaremos entrenamientos de cambios de ritmo para mejorar tu eficiencia aeróbica, y progresaremos hacia tiradas largas de carrera continua, alcanzando distancias de 28-30 km, lo que potenciará tu resistencia.
📚 Durante todo el programa, aprenderás técnicas clave para entrenar sin lesionarte y lograr resultados sostenibles.
📆 El plan incluye ciclos de entrenamiento que combinan semanas de carga con semanas de recuperación, todo organizado en 4-5 sesiones por semana. La intensidad se controlará por la percepción de esfuerzo (RPE), o bien con frecuencia cardíaca si prefieres un control más preciso.
