Marathon training plan
👉 Method: polarized (80% low intensity, 20% high intensity)
👉 Testing: you will start the plan with a Threshold pace test in order to correctly set your pace and heart rate zones
👉 18 weeks (there is a 12 weeks version, slightly easier, click here)
👉 Between 90 to 110 km a week (check more weekly volume variations here)
