-Able to cover a distance of 3-2 miles in the first week of training.
-Willing to commit to running 5 days per week.
-Possess marathon running experience, having completed more than 3 marathons and with several years of running background.
-Have a qualifying time within 25 minutes of the Age 45-49 Boston Marathon qualification time.
