Who’s the training for?
• Should have qualified for Berlin marathon at Age 45-49.
• Looking forward to running strong and improving time if possible.
• Incorporate the speed work into the training.
• Able to start the training with 11Mi long run.
• Should be able to run 32Mi in the first week of training.
• Plans include long run, fartlek’s, tempo, track speed and recovery days.
• The long run distance per week is 43Mi total week and longest 22Mi.
• Should be able to run 5 days a week.
• Should have marathon running experience.
• Experience of years of running and more than 3 marathons running.
• No more than 25Min or less of your qualified Age 45-49. Qualify you for this training.
• The plan is designed based on your Berlin marathon Age qualification time.
