🔺Plan para bajar de 2h45 en Maratón.
🔺Duración de 17 semanas.
🔺5-6 entrenamientos a la semana.
🔺Indicado para personas que tengan marcas inferiores a 2h50 en maratón o 1h20 en media maratón.
🔺Hay que correr a ritmos por debajo de 3'55 km, implica que el medio maratón hay que correrlo a 3'35.
🔺NO Incluye tabla de fuerza para gimnasio.
🔺Entrenamientos en forma estructurada.
🔺Se trabajará por zonas de entrenamiento, en función de la percepción al esfuerzo.
🔺Las zonas quedarían de la siguiente manera:
Z1 😄 = Muy fácil = 1-2
Z2 😀 = Fácil = 3-4
Z3 🤨 = Medio = 5-6
Z4 🙁 = Duro = 7-8
Z5 🥵 = Muy duro = 9-10
