This NOVICE 1/2 MARATHON Training Plan is designed for brand new Half Marathon Distance Runners! If you want to work up to a first (or first in a really long time!) half marathon EVENT, in just 11-weeks then this is the best Plan for you! (NOTE: This Plan starts in week 1 at 8kms)
At the end of this Training Plan you can enjoy celebrating at your choice of races and rock it in health and well-being! Through both mental AND physical training exercises to improve your strength and endurance you can feel happy and healthy in your next goal half marathon race!
