Are you able to run continuously for 20-30 minutes and looking to challenge yourself further? This plan is crafted to inspire beginners with a structured, yet flexible schedule, aimed at boosting both endurance and speed.
What Will You Achieve?
With a total weekly training time of 2:20 to 2:30 hours, including three core sessions and an optional parkrun, you'll build up to your peak performance, ready to hit a new personal record.
