4 Week RED Run Everyday Beginner Training Plan

Are You Ready?
This plan is designed for runners who can already run/walk for around 10 minutes. Although the sessions are short, the load is tough with it being a daily effort to get out. The plan is balanced with plenty of recovery efforts - all linked to heart rate so your watch will monitor your effort levels and buzz if you get a little enthusiastic and go harder than the plan recommends
What Will You Achieve?
This plan lasts for 4 weeks and the aim is to have you complete RED January and finish fit and ready for February.
