Designed for beginners looking to complete their first 5k, this plan begins with run/walk workouts, and slowly builds up to a 30 minute run prior to completing a 5k distance. Most workouts are 30 minutes or less, so the plan can easily be completed with little time for exercise. 2x per week strength training will assist with building full body strength, to get you ready for the demands of a 5k race.
