Plan Description

This intermediate plan WILL improve your 5k time. It will challenge you to go outside your comfort zone. You will do a benchmark 5k at the beginning of program and then again at end.
There will be some treadmill work.... BUT, it will be fun! You will be (as the title says) faster and fitter at the end of the 8 weeks. If you have questions, you may e-mail. Cheryl@mypersonalclimb.com
