Plan Description

👉 Si es tu primera vez siguiendo un plan de entrenamiento para una carrera, lo importante es que avances con calma. No buscamos resultados inmediatos, sino un progreso gradual que acondicione tu cuerpo para completar un 10k en 8 semanas.

👉 Este plan está dirigido a quienes han practicado deporte en algún momento y desean iniciarse en el running.

👉 Empezarás con sesiones en las que alternamos entre correr y caminar, para que tu cuerpo se adapte poco a poco. Iremos incrementando la duración de las carreras continuas hasta alcanzar los 50-60 minutos, además de añadir entrenamientos con cambios de ritmo que mejorarán tu eficiencia aeróbica.

📚 Durante todo el programa, aprenderás técnicas clave para entrenar sin lesionarte y logrando resultados sostenibles.

📆 El plan incluye ciclos de entrenamiento que combinan semanas de carga con semanas de recuperación, todo organizado en 4 sesiones por semana. La intensidad se controlará por la percepción de esfuerzo (RPE), o bien con frecuencia cardíaca si prefieres un control más preciso.
