Der Besteller aus dem englischsprachigen Store nun endlich in unserer deutscher Sprache.
Dieser Plan ist ideal um neue Bestzeiten über 10 Kilometer zu erzielen. Der Plan richtet sich an Anfänger die das Ziel haben unter 60 Minuten auf 10 Kilometer zu laufen.
Der Plan beinhaltet 4 Läufe / Woche, wobei jeweils ein Intervalltraining, ein Tempolauf und ein langer Dauerlauf zu den Schlüsseleinheiten gehört.
Damit das Training für Dich auch einfach ist, besteht der Plan aus "structured workouts". Das bedeutet Du kannst Dir die Einheiten einfach auf deine Laufuhr herunterladen und diese sagt Dir dann, was zu tun ist. So musst Du dir nicht jedes Detail des Planes merken.
