Plan Description

This training plan is a 12 week progressive plan to get you ready for Mt Blanc. It is split into 3, four week blocks. Each block has a specific purpose, and when we stack all three together you will have targeted all the necessary components of fitness for the climb ahead! Each 4 week block has 3 weeks of harder training and one de-load week to rest, recover, and allow your body to absorb the training you have put it through. The final de-load week is your taper before the climb!

The plan works on the assumption that you have access to a gym for training purposes.
