This training plan is designed to prepare athletes for a successful ski trip to Tebay Lodge, involving multi-day touring with Pacific Alpine Guides. Utilizing a mix of strength, aerobic capacity building and moderate intensity, the volume and load herein is focused on advanced-level athletes who are comfortable training 10+ hrs per week and have a background in strength training and intensity training.

If you are training more in the 5-8hrs/week range, consider choosing our Intermediate Ski Touring plan instead!
