Agility and Plyometric training are an integral part of the ECFIT Performance Strength Training System.
Agility is the ability to move quickly and efficiently in all directions.
Plyometric training provides movements that use fast, powerful movements to increase strength, power and speed.
The combination of these two training stimulus' provide an athlete with improved motor control, enhanced joint stability, improved run speed and economy, sequenced strength and coordination and a decreased opportunity for injury.
