It is an honor to be able to present a strength program based on the strategies outlined by Dr. Stacy Sims and dedicated to the specific training needs of menopausal (and perimenopausal) women seeking optimal levels of athletic excellence and health.
This strength program is designed to be used by athletes who are familiar with, and are skilled in the weight room. There is no audio component to this training program.
