Program Description
This 8-week program is designed for advance, long distance triathletes who want a swim specific program leading into a half or full distance iron event. This program will require approximately 4-8hours per week) and can be combined with any other bike/run programs from the B78 Endurance Hub library or elsewhere.
There will be 6 swim workouts per week (most weeks) of 30-90mins each.

Pre-Requisites
Athletes taking part in this program should consider doing the 3-week maintenance/off season program to start or any of our beginner or advanced triathlon or swim programs depending on your current level of fitness.

Other things you should know
Equipment such as fins, pull buoys, and snorkels etc. can be used when doing drills to enable sole focus on the drill. Equipment should only be used in the main sets when stated.The swim times indicated in this program are only an approximation-please use the distances given as your guide.Training programs can be physically and mentally challenging. If you have a medical condition or are unsure please consult with your physician before proceeding
Rest intervals between sets are designated by the @ symbol so for example if it says @10s this means you take 10 seconds rest after the interval.
