Program Description
This 3-week swim program is designed for swimmers or triathletes that are in off season or starting back after some time off. The idea of this program is to go ‘back to basics’ and focus on the 3 fundamentals of efficient freestyle swimming;
1. Body position
2.Catching water
3. Underwater pull
There will be 3 workouts per week with Monday as drill focus, Wednesday as tempo and Friday as Endurance

Pre-Requisites
The set distances will be geared towards an intermediate swimmer (2000-2500m) but can be easily adapted to make shorter or longer depending on ability.
