Plan Description

Welcome to the Precise Multisport Base strength training plan for endurance athletes. This plan is built to help you in the off-season, add strength training to your current plan, or provide a simple introduction to strength. It would be good to know your one-rep maximum (RM) for bench, deadlift, and squat, but if you do not, you can utilize the Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) method.

Aubrey V Hayes

My name is Aubrey Hayes and have been an endurance/sport junky my entire life. Growing up I played Soccer, ran Cross Country, and Wrestled. I am currently an Ironman finisher and currently race 70.3, olympic, and sprint distance races. I have taken my lifetime of experience in sports with 10 years of coaching wrestling and have decided to apply it to the endurance world.
