E' con grande piacere che vi presentiamo "Strenght Plan for Triathlon": un programma di 12 settimane di supporto alla preprazione sviluppato dal PandaLab.
Il programma si accompagnerà attraverso 3 mesi del bostro macrociclo con sessioni di potenziamento e mobilità curate dal nostro tecnico, preparatore atletico e fisioterapista Alessio Parisi.
Contenuti esclusivi di assoluto valore che spiegheranno passo per passo con l'ausilio di video come affrontare al meglio il programma!
Le sessioni sono sviluppate prevalentemente per allenamento "bodyweight", alcuni esercizi prevedono l'utilizzo di una kettlebell, manubri o elastici.
