OD ECFIT Off Season Series 1
OD ECFIT Off Season Series 1
Plan Description
Updated Version 3-2024
The Off Season is the time to rebuild the athlete within. This program is appropriate for all endurance athletes seeking to improve their ability in the weight room as well as create a foundation of tissue tolerance and mobility to ensure a safe and progressive endurance training journey.
Lifting heavy weights directly correlates to endurance performance by extending time to exhaustion by increasing movement efficiency and overall swim, bike and/or run economy. This program provides athletes the opportunity to develop skill as well as mobility and strength.
With this 5 week Off Season training program you should expect to increase your overall strength while not compromising exceptional movement quality.
