ECFIT Strength On Demand Climb Performance Series 1 is a long video format program that includes Strength Sessions as well as Tissue Release, Mobility and Foundation Training Classes. ECFIT Climb Sessions require more neural and physical demand meaning that they are accessible training sessions but we recommend that you have complete a series of Launch Sessions before moving on to the Climb Series.
Perfect for anyone seeking a progressive performance based strength routine in conjunction with a well structured endurance training program.
When possible, all STRENGTH Sessions, whether they be from the Launch , Climb or Cruise Categories, should be done following key sport training sessions (for triathlon this would be swim - bike or run).
ECFIT Strength Climb Performance Series 1 is a 4 week LONG VIDEO format to ensure that optimal cuing and coaching is available for all athletes.
