Plan Description

This 8-week strength plan is specifically designed for endurance athletes to address key areas often overlooked in their training:

- Hip stability and mobility
- Posterior chain strength
- Tendon and joint health.

It requires no equipment, relying on isometric holds and strategic bodyweight movements to effectively target and adapt different tissues, enhancing strength and resilience.

The plan is structured into two progressive training blocks, each designed to build upon the load of the previous one. Progression is seamlessly integrated week to week with adjustments to sets, repetitions, and hold durations, ensuring consistent development and optimal results over the course of the program.

This plan is based on 2 structured sessions per week programmed using the Training Peaks structured strength function with advice on how to add more load (sessions per week) if required.
