Plan Description

This is a fairly challenging plan for a beginner who's logged some miles already during the winter or for anyone else who's ready for a challenge.
My goal in this program is to get you to finish the century ride comfortably. I want you to cross the line in a good time and in good spirits.
We include long endurance rides, short intervals, strength training, and yoga. If you don't have access to a gym or home equipment, email me for bodyweight strength work.
