Plan Description

Thank you for choosing a plan with Cotswold Cycle Coaching.

Here, during this brief training plan, we will give you a taster of structured training and we will focus on a mixture of road cycling, such as: Sprinting, time trial, road racing and endurance.

During this plan, we will complete 3-4 short sessions (generally under an hour each) during the week, and 1-2 longer rides at the weekends.

For this plan, you are required to already know your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). Ideally would have completed an FTP test in the last month.

If you do not know it, please complete an FTP test to get the best out your workouts and this plan.

If you like, feel free to drop me an email if you want, and I would be happy to add an FTP test in.
