Welcome to your plan, from Cotswold Cycle Coaching
You have chosen the "Smash your 10 mile TT in 8 weeks" plan.
As the title suggests, this is an 8 week plan, that focusses on working on your 10 mile TT ability.
This will be a tough 8 weeks and sessions will (mostly) be best to attempt on the turbo trainer, where you will be able to work more specifically on the required zones, however some are suitable for outdoors.
Before you begin this plan, you should have completed an FPT test within the last month, this will ensure you are working at the correct intensities. If you need an FTP test, drop me an email and I will happily add one in for you.
