Plan Description
In phase 6 you enter the final phase of year 2 so another step closer to more gold stars and being a longevity champion
In this phase you are going to focus on lower RPE breakthrough efforts that you have done over the past few months.
The sub threshold efforts that you perform over the few months are a hybrid of the workouts that you have done in phase 1 and phase 3. The focus continues to be that of bringing up your zone 2 level so enjoy the workouts BUT never take your eye off the flow of your routine and the importance of not searching for a higher RPE when it is not needed!
Once you complete the final MAP test of year 2 in week 8 you have 2 final weeks of transitional work. Just enjoy the spin time - you have earned it
