This program is made by the coaches of the Royal Dutch Cycling Federation. That's right, the same coaches that guided famous Dutch athletes such as Mathieu van der Poel, Demi Vollering and Harrie Lavreysen to all those successes.

With this 10-week training program, you will prepare yourself optimally for the 312-kilometre Mallorca 312 route. The program consists of various workouts aimed at developing your climbing skills and endurance. In the first two weeks, we work on the basics, but after that we steadily increase the intensity.

This programme is ideal if you:
- Want to be ready for shorter, but difficult climbs
- Want to be prepared for undulating terrain
- Want to reach the top of the climbs within the first riders
