Plan Description
This program is made by the coaches of the Royal Dutch Cycling Federation. That's right, the same coaches that guided famous Dutch athletes such as Mathieu van der Poel, Demi Vollering and Harrie Lavreysen to all those successes.

Do you enjoy leading the pace up front? Or are you just struggling to keep up with your cycling buddies? In this 6-week training program, we will work on your speed and teach you to maintain a high pace for a longer period of time.
This programme consists of workouts aimed at developing speed and endurance. In the first two weeks we work on the basics, but after that we steadily increase the intensity.
This programme is ideal if you:
- Want to develop a higher speed
- Want to ride at the front at a high pace
- Want to join a fast(er) group
- Have PR and KOM goals on Strava
