Plan Description

Welcome to Cycle Strong. A program developed to increase strength specifically for cycling.

This program is incredibly simple and for good reason. It is designed to fit in with your current cycling program. It is best used as a strength build towards a specific event, race or test. It is 9 weeks long.

It's best to keep your strength days as far away from your key cycling session days as you can. The minimum time between a cycling session and a strength session (or vice versa) should be 6hrs.

If you are a beginner to strength training It is recommend to hire a professional to ensure you are moving safely and correctly, this might take just 1 session with a PT but will hold great value.
