Plan Description

You are in good shape, but you are ready to take your fitness to the next level. The best way to do this is by increasing your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). This plan is designed for Beginner to Advanced athletes looking to boost their FTP. By using a combination of Sweet Spot training, Threshold, and VO2 efforts each week you'll improve your overall fitness and ability to produce higher power.

This plan includes periodized training based on tried and true methods of increasing FTP. This plan uses a variety of sessions to break up the monotony of training and engage the athlete while improving power.

Workout Compatibility:
Each workout is created using the TrainingPeaks Workout Builder and can be exported to Zwift, TrainerRoad, or a Garmin or Wahoo head unit.

Training is based off of intensity and not duration, so you will find most workouts are under 90 minutes and easier to fit in to a busy life.
