Plan Description
This 4 week block of aerobic building is linked to the Coach Live Chat episode #8 from October 19th 2020.
The 3 sessions are built around a rider with 6 hours minimum
They use 3 various approaches to build aerobic capacity during the first phase of winter.
The sessions are great on their own or match with extra zone 2 spinning and/or posture strength and stability work.
