Plan Description
This is our best training to boost your threshold or FTP. It is a 2 month (9 week) training plan to improve your Threshold (FTP), your muscular endurance, your mental toughness for long efforts and your pacing.
Is This Plan For You?
Any athlete can use this plan to focus specifically on producing steady power for 20+ minutes to improve time trial, climbing or overall muscular endurance that can be then further developed to specific race goals.
This plan is best applied 2+ months from your competition season or ahead of a threshold oriented event like a TT or hill climb. It is also great for athletes who need a 'threshold boost' regardless of event.

What Does It Include?
A threshold test is provided to assess threshold and workouts are oriented towards improving that specific test.
A quick 10-20 min Core routine is included with a lot of flexibility .
Downloads are included for some bike workouts ( for Garmin / Zwift Etc ). Endurance workouts or simple workouts or ones focused on technical skill may not have download to avoid confusion and direct your focus on relevant information for the goal of the workout.
