Plan Description

Part 4 8-week training plan for the BFH Club. This follows on from the third plan - if you haven't done that one, start there! This plan will really test you, so make sure you're recovering and sleeping well, and of course eating right. The main differences of this plan are:
-explosiveness added into the gym
-less volume in gym and on bike as we get into race season
-more new technique work on the trails
-repeat of your alternating strength sessions
-continued fitness testing
-finishing with a race! (set this plan to start on 25 March so it lines up with your C-level race on 20th May)
