Der Mountainbike Cross Country 8 Wochen Trainingsplan:

3....2...1... - Blutgeschmack! 🚦🩸😮‍💨

Vollgas in den ersten Sekunden, danach irgendwie klar kommen, kurze links Kurve ... Shit Sturz - egal aufstehen, weiter ... in den nächsten Anstieg einmal kurz Lichter aus knipsen ... aber gleich kommt die Abfahrt da kann ich mich erholen ... oh doch nicht überall Wurzeln!

Es gibt kaum Rennen die noch intensiver sind als MTB XCO Races.
In den nächsten Wochen bereiten wir Dich gemeinsam auf dein XCO Race vor.
Dabei geht es noch einmal darum, VO2max weiter zu erhalten und deine anaerobe Kapazität zu erhöhen, sowie dein Laktat Abbaufähigkeit zu verbessern.

Dieser Trainingsplan enthält 2 x 3 Aufbau Wochen, dazwischen 1 Entlastungswoche und 1 Wettkampf Vorbereitungswoche.

Wir empfehlen dir vorab entweder einen Base oder VO2max Booster Plan absolviert zu haben oder aber gut im Training zu sein, denn es geht in der ersten Woche dann doch schon etwas ab.
