If you are currently riding a couple days per week and are looking to get faster, build fitness, and maybe even try a race, this is the plan for you. It includes structured workouts (that sync with your watch or cycling computer) to test your zones and thresholds, build general fitness, and develop the fundamental skills you need to have a blast come race day.
